Our Warranty and Replacement Policy
You may return/replace with a new product if:
– The product we shipped is different from the product ordered (in size, color or photo description)
– The product we shipped is defected from the manufacturer
– The product we shipped is not usable as per product description
If any of the above is the case, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to start the repair/replacement process. We will work with the manufacturer to assess the product condition, repair the product and/or replace with a new item. We will feedback to you within 15 days upon starting the process. If the manufacturer has the replacement product, we will ship the replacement within 7 days of the manufacturer’s confirmation.
Note: The product you send back to us must (1) still be in new condition (2) be returned with all original packaging and accessories (3) be presented with GIZMAN receipt (4) all electronics items must have a UPC or serial number.
